El cantante Chyno Miranda estaría cerca de casarse con su novia Astrid Dayana Torrealba, a pesar de que el artista se encuentra internado en una clínica de rehabilitación y hay una investigación de las autoridades.

El abogado Horacio Morales, defensor de Alcira Pérez, madre del cantante, confirmó la voluntad de contraer matrimonio. “Hoy (viernes) o mañana sábado”, acotó el jurista, respecto a la fecha de la boda civil que se haría en la clínica El Cedral.

“En la visita anterior, Chyno le participó a su mamá que efectivamente él quería casarse con Astrid. Su mamá le dijo que ella no tenía ningún problema, pero le dijo que debe estar sano y terminar su tratamiento”, dijo Morales a Despierta América.

Posteriormente, Morales confirmó a Caraota Digital que hay planes para un matrimonio entre Chyno y Astrid. “Estamos esperando que eso ocurra, advertidos estamos”, añadió el abogado. “La boda viene en camino”, añadió.

Sin embargo, Morales indicó que el equipo de abogados de Alcira Pérez presentó un documento ante el tribunal encargado del caso. Esto se debe a que consideran que Chyno no “tiene sus facultades plenas”, dado que no ha terminado el tratamiento.

«Astrid, de manera escondida aparentemente, quiere fraguar una boda, un enlace civil, lo que sería completamente fraudulento. De ser así la ciudadana Astrid, eso se va a actuar al margen de la legalidad”, sostuvo Morales.

Según los abogados de Pérez, Chyno no cuenta con las facultades para poder firmar un documento como sería el matrimonio civil. Por tanto, presentaron el documento para obstruir la oficialización de la unión.

Morales también acusó a Astrid Torrealba de una falacia procesal en el caso. Al respecto, sostuvo que es falso que no le permitieran visitarlo en la clínica Tía Panchita, dado que “no se le permitió una sola vez porque estaba intoxicada por el consumo de estupefacientes”.
