The board of directors of Grupo Insur has approved the distribution of an interim dividend against the results for the 2025 financial year. 0.35 euros per sharewhich will be paid on January 15, as communicated to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Once the corresponding withholding of 19% has been applied, the net dividend per share will be 0.2835 euros. The total to be disbursed by the company will be 6.53 million euros.
The payment of the interim dividend will be made through BBVA.

- As of January 13, Insur shares will be traded without the right to receive the dividend (‘ex date’), so The last day to buy shares with the right to payment will be Monday, January 12.
- On January 14, the registered holders who can demand the benefit in their favor from Insur (‘record date’) will be determined.
