Amper achieves benefit of 4.3 million euros in the first semester of 2025

Amperr has announced a benefit after taxes of 4.3 million euros in the first semester of 2025, compared to the losses of 3.8 million of the same period of the previous year. This significant improvement in its financial results reflects the company’s solid performance in a challenging environment.

Despite registering sales of 167.6 million euros, 17.5% lower than the previous year, The amper group remains in line with its aim of reaching 370 million euros in organic sales by 2025as established in its strategic plan 2023-2026.

The request for orders has experienced significant growth, amounting to 572.1 million euros, which represents an increase of 43.2% compared to the first semester of 2024. It is projected that this figure exceeds 600 million euros by the end of the year, which provides the company to confidence and visibility over its future income.

The gross exploitation result (EBITDA) of the group has experienced a growth of 32.8% compared to the previous year, reaching 16.2 million euros. The Ebitda margin is 9.7%, approaching the 11% target for the closing of 2025 in the organic business.

The improvements in the results are attributed to operational efficiency measures, cost management and commercial approach in projects with greater margin and added value. Disinversions have also contributed to the improvement of the company’s profitability.

The net financial debt ratio with respect to the Annualized EBITDA has decreased to 2.4 times, which represents a reduction of 0.7 times compared to the closure of exercise 2024. This reduction is partly attributed to the success of capital expansion of 77.2 million euros.

Capital expansion has been fundamental to support the company’s strategy, aimed at acquiring companies with critical technological abilities in the defense sector. This operation had a significant overdexanda by shareholders and investors.

Business Units and Outstanding Achievements

  • Defense, Security and Communications: This unit has reached a request for orders of 146.4 million euros, representing 26% of the total portfolio. Important milestones have been achieved, such as agreements with Thales and Airbus, consolidating Amper’s position as a technological defense company.

  • Energy and sustainability: The energy and sustainability unit has closed the semester with a portfolio of 425.7 million euros, 74% of the total portfolio. The contract with Guinea Conakry for the electrification of rural areas opens new business opportunities in drop -down energy systems.
