ACS earns 950 million euros in 2025, 14.8% more with a portfolio that is close to 93,000 million

ACS earns 950 million euros at the end of 2025. A figure that represents an increase of 14.8% compared to the same period of the previous year, 23.2% when adjusted for the effect of the exchange rate. Earnings per share (EPS) grew by 14.2%, to €3.69. The Group’s ordinary net profit, which excludes extraordinary results in both years, increased by 25% to exceed 857 million euros. supported by the good evolution of Turner, its American subsidiary.

The Group’s gross operating profit (EBITDA) reached 3,070 million euros25% higher than in 2024 (32% adjusted for exchange rate). Turner’s strong growth stands out, with an improvement in its operating margins. For its part, ordinary operating profit (EBIT) stood at 2,100 million euros, 32.1% more than the previous year (39.4% adjusted for exchange rate).

The ACS Group’s sales for the year reached 49,848 million euros, 19.7% more, thanks to the solid performance of all activities.

At the end of 2025, the portfolio stood at 92,859 million euros, which represents a growth of 5.3% compared to the previous year (+14.6% adjusted for exchange rate). This advance responds to the increase in the volume of awards registered in the year, which exceeded 62.5 billion euros, 26.9% more adjusted for exchange rates, especially driven by the new generation infrastructure markets, and with special emphasis on the construction of data centers.

By areas of activity, the results of Turner, its American subsidiary, which showed strong sales growth (+34%) driven by good organic performance (+28%), mainly in the data center, health, sports and education sectors, and by the contribution of Dornan Engineering, the Irish electromechanical engineering firm acquired by the Group at the end of 2024.

Profit before taxes increased by 62% compared to the same period last year, exceeding 917 million euros, with a continuous improvement in the margin to 3.6% thanks to the specialization in advanced technology projects. In addition, awards grew by 37.8%, boosting the project portfolio to 37,699 million euros.

It also indicates the evolution of its financial position, at the end of the last year, given the strong net operating cash flow of 2,212 million euroswhich has allowed it to maintain attractive shareholder remuneration (448 million euros in cash plus 293 million euros in ACS shares) and make strategic investments worth 1,723 million euros.
