In the third quarter of the year, the ACS Group obtained an attributable net profit of 655 million euros, which represents an increase of 8.3% compared to the same period of the previous year, 11.6% when adjusted for the effect of the exchange rate.

Earnings per share (EPS) grew by 8.2%, to €2.55. The Group’s ordinary net profit, which excludes extraordinary results in both years, increased by 23.8% in comparable terms, to exceed 585 million euros, supported by the good operational performance of all activities, especially Turner.

This excellent result allows us to revise the results objectives for the year upwards. until placing the annual growth of ordinary net profit between 20% and 25% (820-855 million euros), compared to the previous 9-17%.

The Group’s gross operating profit (EBITDA) reached 2,217 million euros, 32% higher than the same period in 2024, (38% adjusted for exchange rate).

For its part, ordinary operating profit (EBIT) stood at 1,497 million euros, 38.8% more than the previous year (45.1% adjusted for exchange rate). Turner’s strong growth stands out, with a significant improvement in its operating margins.

Sales of the ACS Group in the first nine months of the year reached 36,753 million euros, 23.7% more in year-on-year terms, thanks to the solid performance of all activities.

At the end of September 2025, the portfolio stood at 89,274 million euros, which represents a year-on-year growth of +8.9% in comparable terms, that is, adjusted for exchange rate.

This advance responds to the increase in the volume of awards registered in the year, which exceeded 43.8 billion eurosespecially driven by new generation infrastructure markets, and with special emphasis on the construction of data centers, whose portfolio has increased by more than 6.8 billion euros in the last 12 months.

Its American subsidiary, Turner, stands out especially. Turner showed strong sales growth (+38%), driven by the good organic performance (+36%) of the data center, healthcare, sports and education sectors, and by the contribution of Dornan Engineering, the Irish electromechanical engineering firm acquired by the Group at the end of 2024.

Profit before taxes increased by 59% compared to the same period last year, exceeding 625 million euros, with a continuous improvement in the margin to 3.3% thanks to the specialization in advanced technology projects.

In addition, awards grew by 21.3%, boosting the project portfolio to over 34,379 million euros.

The ACS Group closed the third quarter of the year with a net debt of 2,227 million euros, which represents a decrease of 173 million from September 2024, despite the impact of the devaluation of the dollar against the euro (c.€ 100 million).

This good evolution is due to the strong net operating cash flow of the last twelve months, of 1,974 million euros, which has allowed it to maintain attractive shareholder remuneration (451 million euros) and make strategic capital investments worth 1,245 million euros.
