ACS Vs Ferrovial: Which infrastructure stock offers the most potential in the Ibex 35?

ACS and Ferrovial, the two major representatives of the IBEX 35 infrastructure sector, are in a sweet moment on the Stock Market after having accumulated a strong revaluation during 2025. But do they have any rope left to continue rising? The Morgan Stanley analysts.

The American firm is optimistic regarding Ferrovial, with an improvement in the target price to 64 euros per sharefrom the previous 56 euros. This assessment represents a 14.28% upside potential compared to yesterday’s closing, Tuesday.

Ferrovial shares rose 1.76% at mid-morning on the IBEX 35 to reach 57.80 euros, and have already accumulated a rise of 61.58% since they reached a minimum of 35.781 euros on April 7 of last year.

Ferrovial recorded a solid 4.8% increase in its adjusted EBITDA to €1,031 million in the first nine months of 2025. This growth contributed to the 6.2% increase in revenue, which reached €6,911 million.

The analysts of Morgan Stanley They also raise the target price of ACS, which goes from 85 euros to 89 euros per share. However, in this case the upside potential is just 0.28% compared to yesterday’s close. Today they rise 2.82% to 91.25 euros.

It is also true that the company chaired by Florentino Pérez has had spectacular performance in the last year, with a cumulative revaluation of 126% from the lows of 40,375 euros on April 7, 2025.

In the third quarter of the year, ACS obtained an attributable net profit of 655 million euros, which represents an increase of 8.3% compared to the same period of the previous year, 11.6% when adjusted for the effect of the exchange rate.
