Amadeus a benefit of 1,258.6 million euros for 2024, a 19.6% higher to the previous year thanks to the double digit growth in its different activity segments, as reported to the National Securities Market (CNMV). The adjusted benefit stood at 1,347.9 million euros, 20% more.
“Amadeus continued to evolve strongly during the fourth quarter and concluded 2024 with solid financial results, propitiated by the two -digit increase in income and the increase in profitability,” he said in a statement.

Shares repurchase
Amadeus announced yesterday the launch of a program of repurchase of own shares for a maximum of 1.3 billion euros In order to reduce its share capital through the amortization of the titles, which will be executed in the next 12 months and will be for a maximum of 19.2 million titles (4.27% of Amadeus’s share capital).
This program adds to its previous repurchase programs for shares carried out throughout the 2023/24 year to address the conversion of the convertible bond of 750 million euros that expires in April 2025.
