CLERHP Structures, Spanish company listed on BME Growth, has successfully completed the financing of its Larimar City & Resort project, thus consolidating its financial structure and its position as an international benchmark in sustainable urban development.

The entity Mercantil Banco, SA, based in Panama, has approved a line of credit of 15 million US dollars in favor of the Dominican subsidiary Engineering and Structures of the Caribbean (Inecar SRL), intended to promote the construction of the more than 8,022 residential units that make up phases 1 and 2 of the development.

This agreement represents a key milestone in CLERHP’s roadmap, by reinforcing the confidence of international banks in their management model and in the solidity of their expansion in Latin America. The operation, backed by real guarantees on the land and joint guarantees from the main shareholders, allows progress in the execution of the project with full legal security and financial support.

In parallel, the company has begun the structuring of a bond program of up to 75 million US dollars on the Panama Stock Exchange (Latinex), through Mercantil Servicios Financieros Internacional, SA, with the legal advice of Quijano & Asociados. The program will be carried out through an issuance trust managed by Quijano Trust, which will allow diversifying the financing sources and optimizing the group’s capital structure. Within the framework of this operation, CLERHP has rescinded the previous business plan, adapting its financial structure to the new stage of expansion.

CLERHP, LARIMAR CITY FINANCING

In addition, CLERHP has presented the preview of results as of June 30, 2025, which reflects a slight moderation in sales compared to previous years and a sustained growth of the balance sheet, driven by the greater weight of its flagship project, Larimar City & Resort, within the group.

“This step reaffirms the confidence of the financial system in the solidity of CLERHP and in the potential of Larimar City & Resort as a transformative project for the region,” said Juan Andrés Romero, president of CLERHP. “The support received will allow us to accelerate the creation of this pioneering city that combines investment,
sustainability and well-being in a unique enclave.”

With this double operation, CLERHP completes the financing of the first phase of Larimar City & Resort and begins a new stage of growth supported by international capital markets.
