If you are using your personal computer for work or study, you probably also use certain productivity applications like Word or PowerPoint, and also OneDrive to store your files in the cloud.
They are all Microsoft applications, and they work with each other, and when you put artificial intelligence together, very interesting results can emerge.
Those from Redmond have just announced that OneDrive will use Copilot to turn your Word document into a PowerPoint presentation.
You can even convert Copilot responses into a Word document practically instantly.
On the one hand, we have that Copilot capability that will soon be able to grab Word files stored in OneDrive and convert them into PowerPoint presentations with one click and in a couple of seconds.
This feature will require users to have a Microsoft Copilot license for Microsoft 365 and is currently only available for OneDrive on the web.
“With Copilot, you can create the first draft of your presentation using a Word file with a single click. This feature requires a Microsoft Copilot license for Microsoft 365 and will be available to commercial customers on OneDrive Web.”
The other feature is that Copilot responses can be converted into Word files instantly from OneDrive. Users will need the same license required with the previous feature.
This way you will no longer need to copy and paste the chatbot’s responses into your documents, since you can convert them directly into a Word document.
“Do you like the summary or FAQ that Copilot generated for you? Now, with a single click, you can convert any Copilot response into a Word document. This feature requires a Microsoft Copilot license for Microsoft 365 and will be available to commercial customers on OneDrive Web.”
These two features are a clear example that artificial intelligence can help us a lot with productivity.
