Grenergy dismisses its CEO Pablo Otín. The new CEO will be its executive president

Grenergy Renovables has informed the CNMV, the National Securities Market Commission, of the dismissal of its CEO who had barely been in office for seven months, to seek what it considers ‘different leadership’.

Thus, the Board of Directors of Grenergy Renovables indicates that, by virtue of the provisions of article 14 of the Regulations of the Board of Directors of the Company and following a favorable report from the Appointments, Remuneration and Sustainability Committee, has been right and accepted the resignation presented by Mr. Pablo Otín Pintado as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors and, therefore, as CEO of Grenergy.

He highlights that this resignation occurs as a consequence of having been dismissed from the executive position of the Company to which his appointment as director was associated, and the termination of his professional relationship with the company, as it is considered that currently, Different leadership is required at Grenergy to advance in achieving the objectives set for the coming years.

The current executive president, David Ruiz de Andrés, will also assume the position of CEO. Grenergy appreciates the services provided by Mr. Pablo Otín Pintado and expresses its recognition for his dedication to the Society during this time.
