Iberdrola will distribute, at a minimum, 0.23 euros per share in January as interim dividend of the 2024 results, according to the terms of the new edition of the system Iberdrola Flexible Remuneration communicated today to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The amount is 14% higher to the 0.202 euros per title distributed on account for 2023. The complementary dividend will be added to this amount, once approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
As is tradition, Iberdrola shareholders have three options: receive new shares, collect the dividend in cash or sell the rights on the market. These three options are not exclusive: the shareholder can choose one or combine them according to their preferences.
