Indra has named Luis Fernández Hernandothat until now he served as a global public administration director of the company, as the new general director of Minsait, a position in which he will replace Luis April, who will leave his post on June 25.
Likewise, the company has agreed to a reorganization of its technological subsidiary, which in 2024 contributed 62% of the company’s income.
Within the framework of this reorganization, Sebastián Bamonde Bermúdez de Castro, current global supply director and operations of Minsait, has also been designated as MINSAIT’s Tech Operations Director, while Juan Pedro Rodríguez Veiga will be responsible for the international area of the subsidiary.
To this is added that Ignacio Martínez González will become a general director of Indramind within Minsait, as notified by the company through the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
All appointments, which suppose internal movements within the company and will be effective on June 26, have been agreed in a session of the Indra Board of Directors held this Friday and have the favorable report of the Commission of Appointments and Corporate Governments and the Commission of Remuneration.
