Laurent Martinez, appointed Non -Executive President of Masorange

Laurent Martinezcurrent Executive Vice President of Finance and Development of the Orange Group, has been appointed Non -Executive President of the Board of Directors of MasorangeSpanish market leader by number of clients, replacing Jean-François Fallacherto which the Council thanked its extraordinary dedication and the services provided during its presidency.

Laurent Martinez also becomes part of the Remuneration Commission (also replacing Jean-François Fallachar) and leaves its functions as a member and president of the Masorange Audit Commission. The new President of the Auditorium Commission will be Mari-Noëlle Jégo-Lavessière (current CEO of Orange Europe), which was already a member of said commission.

Graduated in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications and Master in Finance and Accounting, Laurent Martinez assumed the Executive Vice Presidency of Finance and Development of the Orange Group in September 2023.

Martinez began his professional career in 1996 in Astrium, the Airbus defense and space subsidiary, where he held several financial control positions before assuming the Finance Directorate in 2004. Subsequently, in 2009, he was appointed Director of Control, Performance and Accounting of the Airbus Group, and in 2015, General Director of the Services Business Unit of said company.

In July 2018, Laurent Martinez was appointed Financial Director of ALSTOM and member of his Executive Committee. During this period, he played a key role in the transformation of ALSTOM, particularly through the acquisition of Bombardier Transportation in February 2021, giving rise to the world leader in the railway sector.

Matthieu Bouchery, New member of the Masorange Council

Graduated in Engineering by Télécom Paristech and MBA by Essec, Matthieu Boucyry is the current director of financing and treasury of the Orange Group, since its appointment in September 2019.

It has a long career in the group, which was joined in 2003 to occupy different positions in the Finance Department, in the treasury areas, mergers and acquisitions, and as chief of cabinet of the financial director.

Boucherry also led the international development of large clients in Orange Business (from 2017 to 2019) and is a member of the Orange Belgium Board of Directors.
