Prosegur Cash, an international benchmark in securities logistics and cash management, has been included for the first time in el S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026, yearbook that distinguishes companies with better results in corporate sustainability within their respective sectors. The results of the annual report are based on a rigorous comprehensive evaluation, called Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), which measures the performance of companies in terms of sustainability using comparable criteria by sector, analyzing more than 130 metrics, ranging from decarbonization to business ethics and human talent.

He S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 considers companies that rank in the top 15% of their sector based on their CSA score and that achieve a score close to that of the best performing company within their sector. More than 8,500 companies from 59 industries have participated in the evaluation process, of which only about 800 have been selected for inclusion.

With a workforce of around 60,000 employees and more than 600 delegations spread across 36 countries on four continents, Prosegur Cash has been able to integrate environmental, social and governance criteria into its management model, with policies aimed at reducing environmental impact, generating quality employment and risk management, in line with international sustainability standards.

Likewise, the company has developed a service offering that ranges from comprehensive cash management and securities logistics to technological solutions such as digitalization of processes and custody services for digital assets and the launch of so-called Transformation Products.

As explained Antonio Rubio, general secretary of Prosegur, “The inclusion of Prosegur Cash in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 highlights the coherence of our strategy on the matter with the evaluation criteria used by analysts and investors, while reflecting the continuity of our efforts to transversally integrate sustainability and good governance factors into our daily operations.”

Inclusion in the yearbook is interpreted as an indicator of positioning against comparable sustainable practices within the commercial services and supply sector, and contributes to the company’s visibility in analysis and decisions in sustainability-oriented markets.
