On the other hand, Berenberg analysts raise Iberdrola’s target price to 19 euros per share, from the previous 17.50 euros, while they raise Endesa’s to 31 euros, from the previous 20 euros.
Another of the protagonists of the trading floor is Telefónica. While rumors increase about a possible offer for Vodafone’s business in Spain, today the newspaper Five Days publishes that the teleco has received offers of 250 million euros for its headquarters in Gran Vía.
Aena is also in the news, after yesterday the Council of Ministers gave the green light to the operation through which its subsidiary Aena Desarrollo Internacional will be able to acquire a majority stake in two airports in the United Kingdom: 100% of Leeds Bradford and 49% of Newcastle, through a new holding company.
The authorization allows Aena to buy 51% of this new holding company for an amount of 309.6 million euros (approximately £270 million). The remaining partner, with 49%, will be the InfraBridge fund, current owner of the assets.
