The last update of Trezor Suite V25.7.4 incorporates the support for Stellar (XLM), the cryptocurrency for international remittance payments. It also introduces improvements to the user experience. According to Trezor in X, this update inserts the Coin Control in Suite function, but is not listed along with other updates in the formal publication of Github.

The announcement was made by Trezor in his X account, while the update It is already available for download in the native wallet software.

The inclusion of Stellar, which goes from experimental phase to completely integrated, allows the cryptocurrency to be managed from the asset menu, without resorting to external purses.

Among other improvements, the refine update the flow of creation or recovery of purses with passphrasea security method that, if activated, complements the introduction of the pin.

A Passphrase works as a word attached to the backup (seed phrase) that allows you to create or recover the property of an address from Trezor Suite. If a user uses his standard backup, he will open his main wallet. But if you enter this extra copy, open a wallet «lless», which helps hide the existence of the main purse of unauthorized access attempts.

Trezor Suite V25.7.4 It also introduces validations for Solana addresses: «The validation of Solana addresses has been introduced, which warns users when they send to token or staking addresses derived from the system for greater clarity and security,» says the update report.

Another important improvement of quality of life is that rates updates and previous transactions views via Walletconnect and 1inch Fusion are now updated per minute and have a visual «better presentation», according to Trezor.

The one supposed is the crucial element of the update does not appear in the GitHub Technical Registry: the Coin Control function, although the company mentions it in X as part of the update. At the time of writing, Coin Control can be used normally from Trezor Suite. Already in a February 2023 publication, the company ensured that the function was available in Suite, so its mention is not understood in the statement. This could be a reintroduction of the service after a time of inactivity.

Coin Control allows you to manually select which UTXO are used in a transaction, which provides greater privacy and control over funds By preventing non -spent transactions from mixing with funds from different origins. This function was already available in previous versions, suggesting that its «reintroduction» could be more a communicational strategy than a new technical addition.

The final note of the update mentions minor corrections of errors and general improvements of usability, without relevant specifications. The focus, clearly, is in the integration of Stellar and in the set of improvements that point to a more agile and transparent experience.
