
The Spanish biotechnologyspecialized in cosmetic active ingredients from plant biotechnology, closed the first half of 2025 with historic figuresconfirming the solidity of its model and its ability to scale with profitability, positive impact and protection of its innovation.
Record profitability and stock liquidity
In the first half of 2025, Vytrus grew +75% in sales (€4.38 M) y tripled its net profit, which reached €1.45 million (+182% compared to the same period in 2024). He EBITDA doubled (+111%, up to €2.08 M) and the Gross Cash Flow increased by +220%, up to €1.44 M.
These results reflect the commercial dynamism of its antiaging, hair and brightening ranges—with Exosomic Peptides technology—, in addition to effective operational and financial management. The gross financial debt half a million (€2.2 million) was reduced and the treasury rose to €3.3 million.
Since September 8, Vytrus Biotech shares have been listed in General Trading mode on BME Growth, improving liquidity and visibility to investors. The good performance of the company’s fundamentals has been reflected in its price, with a revaluation in mid-October 2025 of more than 180% and trading close to one million shares in the same period.
International expansion and reinforced industrial capacity
Vytrus’ growth is global. In the first half of 2025, the Sales increased by 76% in the EU, 49% in the US, 154% in Asia-Pacific (led by India) and 48% in LATAM. In this way, Vytrus has achieved presence in 47 countries from 5 continents.
To respond to this growing demand, the company has initiated a industrial investment cycle, allocating €0.9 million to new equipment, laboratories and expansion of facilities. All this to fulfill its 2024–2027 strategic plan: reach €12 M in sales and €5 M in EBITDA.
Global recognition for innovation: awards and strategic patents
Innovation is the pillar of Vytrus’ growth, which has accumulated 28 international awards. In April 2025, its ingredient CLARIVINE™ —based on vine stem cells and capable of activating skin regeneration through a biomimetic mechanism of intermittent fasting — won the Best Ingredient Award en in-cosmetics Global. This ingredient leads a new category that unites longevity science, proven effectiveness in just 14 days and natural cosmetics with a “glass skin” effect.
Furthermore, its products Centella Reversa™ and Capilia Longa™with plant exosomes, were awarded at the BSB Innovation Awards 2025.
Recognition has not only come from the industry, but also from the legal field. In 2025, the US Patent Office (USPTO) has granted to Vytrus a new patent for skin healing applicationsvalid until 2038.
