The Japanese giant Softbank has announced that its electronic payment services company, PayPay, has submitted an application to the Securities and Stock Exchange Commission (SEC) to quote in the United States through American Depositary Shares (ADS).
According to the information provided, the calendar, size or exact price for the exit to Paypay parquet in the United States has not yet been defined. Nevertheless, SoftBank has expressed its intention that PayPay continues to be its subsidiary during this process.
